The Kit fits conveniently in a lumbar pack for all outdoor adventures. I take it hiking, mountain biking and of course, the beach. The marks come from a sumi pen and captures how I view the view as it filters through my being (that being the artist). Brain-to-hand movement is focused yet fluid, relaxed and inspired, with little preconception of the end result. Rarely do I do any touch up because watercolors can lose brilliance.
